Janice and Ray Chesnik design and craft their handsome kaleidoscopes using front surface mirrors, highly polished solid brass, and a variety of beautiful materials in their wheels. The kaleidoscopes contain two sets of interchangeable wheels. The first set is made of dichroic glass, in which thin layers of exotic metals such as Titanium and Zirconium are deposited, resulting in amazingly dynamic colors. The second set is made of Brazilian Agates, which are cut and polished to gem-like brilliance, and then are selected to give the most striking variations in color and pattern. Each of these collector pieces is signed and dated, and will provide its owner with years of enjoyment.
